Finance Manager
IKEA Components, Älmhult, Sweden
To lead and secure that all work related to Finance at IKEA Components AB comply with legal rules and regulations as well as comply with IKEA?s internal rules and regulations.
To lead and secure that the work within Finance Department at IKEA Components AB provide support to managers and co-workers regarding their questions, co-ordination and administrative tasks related to the Finance area.
Assignments:
- Responsible for legal & operational financial reporting for IKEA Components AB
- Securing that the company has access to all needed knowledge and expertise within the finance area
- Secure compliance with accounting and tax laws and legal rules and standards
- Secure compliance with IKEA financial policies & procedures and internal work instructions
- Secure that presented figures and analyzes in all reports are correct and give a true and fair picture of business performance
- Lead and develop the accountant team
- Continuously work with improvements of working methods
- Carry out Ad Hoc analyses and reports

Is this the challenge for you?
To succeed as a finance manager we see that you have minimum 5 years work experience in similar position and a university degree in Master of Science in Business and Economics or equivalent experience. We also see that you have experience from leading people with personnel responsibility and that you have good knowledge in the legal framework for accounting and tax. You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office and we see that you are fluency in English, both spoken and written. Experience in business system M3 is an advantage.
As a person we see that you are a team player but not afraid to challenge and ask questions. You have strong analytical ability as well as strong integrity.
