Laird Technologies Gothenburg is a subsidiary to the London based Laird PLC who designs and manufactures customized, performance-critical products for wireless and other advanced electronics applications. The company is a global market leader in the design and supply of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, thermal management products, specialty metal products, signal integrity components, and antenna solutions, as well as radio frequency (RF) modules and wireless remote controls and systems.

Laird Technologies Gothenburg AB is placed in Mölndal with approximately 50 employees and is a “Center of Excellence” for Thermo Electric Assemblies including development and production of cooling units which are exported globally.

Job Description

As Finance Manager you are responsible for the Gothenburg site finance function including management accounting, cost accounting, financial accounting, compliance and everything related to systems and processes.

You are a member of the management team and will report to the General Manager and the Finance Manager for the division. You will also have staff responsibility for one person.

Education and Experience

Bachelor´s degree in accounting, finance or directly related field
At least 5 years directly related experience with comparable responsibilities in an international manufacturing industry
Experience from working in a matrix organization
Experienced with medium to large scale ERP application software
Advanced experience with financial modeling using Excel
Good communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
Your personality:

Good analytical skills
A good and adaptable communicator
Self directed team player with high level of motivation
Hands on, ability to dive from strategic and high level views into details of processes and systems
Capable of working within a changing environment and ability to prioritize
