Finance Manager - London

Vindex is now looking for a dedicated and ambitious Finance Manager for our London based customer. Vindex will be responsible for the recruitment process but you will be hired directly by our customer. The employment will start according to agreement. The role will include managing key accounts as well as the accounting team which consists of six people who are based in several countries.
Location: London
Main responsibilities
Managing the accounting team consisting of six people
Reconciliations
Cash flow management
Managing key accounts
Managing the consolidation process
Responsible for the group yearly audit process
Monthly reporting
Take part in the project regarding ERP migration
Budget and follow-ups
Payroll
Make sure the accounting is aligned with group policies and procedures

For this role, we are looking for an ambitious person with a strong desire to work in a fast-growing organization. You are self-driven and goal oriented with great communication skills. In addition, you are motivational, structured and effective in your work.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Finance
4-5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role
Direct management experience
Previously worked in regulated environments
Experience with local tax filings
Experience working with several financial systems
Knowledge within payroll
Desired: Big 4 accounting background
Fluent in English, both in writing and orally
