Finance Manager - Real Estate Fund

Your Challenge: - build up the Swedish accounting and finance functions with assistant from the UK, create new routines and processes - work with Swedish statuary reporting and make sure that the reports hold first class - responsible for the accounting, tax and legal reporting of Halverton Scandinavia real estate portfolios - prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for both statutory and fund requirements - responsible for contacts with auditors and have the possibility to grow with the company and have management potential - Halverton is growing very fast and is expanding into Finland, as well.It is anticipated that the finance function in Finland will report to the finance manager in Sweden to the extent practical - you will have an exciting opportunity to build up the finance functions and Halverton will support you to success Your Profile: - MSc or BSc with three to five years of professional experience working with finance and accounting within the real estate sector.You may have an audit or accounting background from an accounting firm.- excellent team-working skills and ability to work effectively across departments and across the company - positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving and changing environment - excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience of leadership - fluent in English and Swedish written and spoken is a requirement.Knowledge of Finnish is a plus but not a requirement.Your Application: Would you like to be a part of Halvertons success in Sweden?
