We are now looking for a Finance Manager, Sweden in Stockholm.
Main areas of responsibility
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the accounting and tax for UC AB and other Enento Group subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You lead a team of several (~8) accountants and other finance professionals that support you in this responsibility. As Finance Manager, you also participate hands-on in the accounting processes, both in local GAAP, when reporting on country-level and in IFRS, when reporting as part of Enento Group. You are the process lead in Purchase to Pay as well as a key partner in developing harmonized Record-to-Report processes within the Enento group.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting of UC AB and other Enento Group subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway and Denmark
- Contributing also hands-on to the closing process.
- Financial statements and tax declarations of UC AB and other Enento Group´s Swedish, Norwegian and Danish subsidiaries.
- Managing Finance and Internal Services Teams of UC AB located in Sweden.
- Contributing to the development of record to report process by automating, standardizing, and harmonizing the finance processes and improving reporting quality together with Group Finance Team and Finance Manager, Finland.
- Leading the Purchase to Pay process in Enento Group.
- Co-operating with the auditors.
- Managing various finance projects including M&A integration projects.
Qualifications & experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of accounting, auditing or consulting in a company operating in the Nordic countries.
- Good knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- University (Masters’) degree in business administration, accounting preferred.
- Experience in leading and managing teams is preferred.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Swedish
- To be successful in this role you have the mindset and drive for development as well as an entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to take responsibility of finance-related issues overall.
