Finance Manager till Coherent, Mölndal

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead Coherent Mölndal’s finance function. You will ensure accurate, timely, and relevant financial information to support effective planning and decision-making. As a key member of the management team, you will play an active role in the company's strategic direction, reporting directly to the Managing Director locally and to the Business Unit Controller functionally. 

Responsibilities 

Oversee management reporting including forecasts and budgets. 
Analyze KPIs to drive business performance. 
Lead cost accounting and standard cost processes. 
Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting, tax regulations, US GAAP, SOX, and corporate policies. 
Serve as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and management team. 
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes. 
Lead and develop the local finance team. 
Manage relationships with external contacts such as banks, auditors, and legal counsel. 
Handle ad-hoc and other administrative tasks as needed. 


About You 

You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous learning and improvement. 

Skills & Qualifications 

Academic degree in Business and Economics or similar. 
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including accounting and business control. 
Experience in the industrial sector, particularly in product development and manufacturing (incl. standard costs). 
Proven experience in a management role, preferably in large, international companies. 
Proficiency in relevant IT tools, especially within the MS environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). 
Fluency in Swedish and English.
