Jurek Bemanning is looking for a Finance Manager to Oriflame in Iran Oriflame is an international cosmetics company selling direct, with sales in 60 countries.Oriflame offers a complete range of high quality skincare, fragrances, color cosmetics, toiletries and accessories, marketed through a sales force of independent sales consultants.Although the company has grown rapidly it has never lost sight of its original business concept - natural Swedish cosmetics, sold from friend to friend.Oriflame is a co-founder of World Childhood Foundation.Oriflame Cosmetics is listed on the Nordic Exchange.The Company Oriflame is characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit, a decentralized organization and a down-to-earth management style.We are passionate about our products and business model, and we want our customers and our sales force to feel the same way.We expect our managers to possess exceptional leadership abilities in order to drive and motivate teams to an extraordinary level of achievement.In return we offer you personal development in an entrepreneurial environment where you can truly make a difference.Iran is Oriflame's newest market with direct sales successfully rolled out by the end of 2007.Sales are growing rapidly and so is the organization, at present amounting to around 50 people.The Role As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the financial reporting of Oriflame Persia.As the size of the business is growing, solid reporting processes are becoming increasingly important.Your initial task will be to create processes to ensure local as well as group reporting requirements are met.You will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes, monthly closing, financial analysis, cost controlling etc. As an important part of the local management team, the Finance Manager will be working closely with the Managing Director and the Operations Manager.Currently, four people work in the accounting department and the Accounting Manager will report to you..You have an academic degree, preferably within finance or accounting and .at least 1-5 years of relevant working experience..You are analytical and have the ability to get things done..Fluency in English and Farsi is required.
