As we are scaling up Carla, we are now looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager to the Finance team in Stockholm. Your mission will be to support one of the fastest growing startups in Scandinavia - ever. You will focus on ensuring lean accounting processes and qualitative financial reports.



About the role



You will drive cross-functional initiatives across several business units, particularly processes where Product & Tech and Finance are intersecting. You will be expected to drive automation and digital transformation to create a great working environment for our finance team, ultimately helping the company achieve its aggressive growth targets. You will also be leading the rolling out of our products and services to new markets, creating the finance go-to-market playbook, including both process blueprints and digital tools.





Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Collaborating with the Product & Tech team to automate processes and improve tooling for processes across Finance
- Design project plans, agree on deliverables with internal and external teams, and successfully implement improvements
- Develop integrations to our ERP, to streamline lean finance processes and support accounting and business controlling
- Representing the finance function in larger cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and ways of working
- Be the business owner of the finance systems, and ensure all systems are future proof and scalable as the business grows




We believe that the ideal candidate:



- Is a positive person who likes moving at high speed together with others
- Is tech savvy and have in-depth knowledge about driving process excellence
- Have experience rolling out digital finance projects to new markets
- Have 3-5 years of experience working with finance processes and digital transformation
- Is very structured and enjoys working with deadlines
- Swedish is a plus but not a must


In addition, We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
