Finance Specialist (Business Support)

We are looking for a business minded, experienced and driven Contract & Project Controller, for a position within our Finance department at Avionics Systems


Your role

As a Contract & Project Controller within Saab Avionics you will be a member of the supported "Contract & Project department management team" and also act as project controller for related contracts and projects together with all line related costs for actual departments and be an active member in the project steering committees.



Additional to this we see that you drive and participate in various way of working improvement initiatives across the Business Unit.

* You will be responsible for creating and maintaining (incl follow up) financial budgets, forecasts, projects budgets, departments cost KPI:s and other financial reporting.
* We expect you to recommend actions for improvement of profitability, way of working and project progress.
* You will be involved in our Winning Business as well as in our Executing Business processes, to ensure short-term and long-term profitability.
* You will be part of the Finance department and report directly to the Business Unit head of finance. You will work in tight co-operation with department managers and project managers.


Your profile

We are looking for a driven, business minded and analytical controller, preferably with at least 5-10 years' experience within the controlling field who are flexible with a structured way of working. You have a solid financial background, business understanding, ability to work efficiently e.g prioritize as well as drive change when needed. In order to be successful in the role you need to have good communications skills as well as a high ability to prioritize and be able to see the bigger picture. We also think that you are confident in yourself and act with clear ethical values. We would also prefer if you have experience of working with Hyperion, Agresso and IFS Chilli.



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply
