Finance Strategy & Transformation | Senior Associate or Manager | Stockholm

As a Senior Associate or Manager within Finance Strategy & Transformation you will work together with CFOs and Finance Managements teams in addressing their most complex challenges. You will be involved in helping our clients define their Finance Vision and Strategy and to facilitate the development of a case for change to enable transformation. At PwC we take pride in having the capability to also help our clients implement change. As a Senior Associate or Manager within our practice you will be expected to participate in and lead complex Finance Transformation projects through design and implementation to ensure value and benefit realization for our clients. Our projects cover all aspects of transforming a Finance Organization and range from e.g. establishing service centers to optimizing financial planning and analytics processes to improve business insight. Our focus areas involve Performance Management, Digital Transformation, Automation and Finance Strategy.
Your role varies depending on the nature of the project and your own experiences, but as a Senior Associate or Manager you are expected to:


Build strong client relationships and work together with more senior colleagues to drive sales e.g. through identifying add-on sales opportunities on projects and supporting proposal work.
Lead complex client engagements with client resources and more junior PwC consultants as project manager or work stream leader from Finance strategy to implementation.
Actively contribute in the development of our service offerings.
Act as a leader with passion and integrity, contribute in building the team spirit and coach younger colleagues.



Preferred Skills
To succeed in the role you have an academic degree and previous experience from Finance Management Consulting. You have at least 2-6 years of working experience within the field of Finance, command solid core consulting skills and have a track record of being a high performer. You are truly interested in the field of Finance Management Consulting, care about what you do, enjoy collaboration and have an ability to make the people around you grow. Advanced skills in English and Swedish is a requirement.
