Finance System Specialist

The position
As System Specialist you will be responsible for the IT Finance ServiceDesk for the majority of financial systems. You will provide solutions, responses and when needed escalate issues to other team members in the IT Finance team.

You will also be responsible for securing and developing the user experience, automate and develop the services provided by the IT Finance team. Making sure that the forms are easy to use and that the needed information is retrieved ensuring an enhanced user experience.

By working in the middle of the organization you will build relations with stakeholders within IT as well as with many other departments within the group. You will use your creativity and skills to make life easier for all employees and for the departments that are using the IT systems.

What will you do?
- Developing the end user satisfaction by improving the support processes for the IT Finance area
- Take an active role in different IT related initiatives.
- Deliver Service and support to our internal business users by trouble shooting, finding solutions, and answering technical questions for issues related to our financial systems
- Administrate and configure the financial applications, i.e. end user and permissions management, data structuring, master data management etc.
- Document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.


Who are you?
At NENT, your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. But in order to be successful, we believe you need the following;

- You are familiar with financial applications and reporting systems like Dynamics 365 for finance and operations and Planning Analytics
- Previous experience working with financial processes
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a support organization
- Have either education or experience within financial systems for accounting, invoicing and reporting
- Previous experience working with jira service desk is a bonus.
- Have excellent communication skills and superb written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
