Summary: . To support the SSO Scandinavia with financial tasks related to amongst others invoicing, salary payments, customs, VAT, and be the interface for financial subjects with the SSC and other involved departments. This role will develop towards a more sales related role in the future according to our Customer's policy to centralize the financial activities towards the SSC Each job has a number of a major responsibilities and duties that comprise the means of accomplishing the job's purpose and objectives. . Manual booking of all invoices from vendors. Supplying SSC with invoices. Keeping track of payments contra terms. Issuing global payments when necessary. Update vendor register and register new vendors when applicable. . Taking care of salaries, benefits (cars etc) . Customs/INTRASTAT declaration . Support SSC with VAT and tax declarations as well as account recon. . General contacts with local tax authorities in Scandinavia. . Contacts regarding financial issues with vendors . Internal control of office expenditures in general . Whatever occurs that needs instant reaction from our side Occasionally/when needed assist and support the SSO/SSC with, . Annual accounts reconciliation, Audit processing - contact with auditors, Creation and submission of Annual report, Create and monitor CapEx applications, SAPD budget submission What knowledge, skills, abilities and experience do you consider to be most critical for this position? . Excellent communication skills: able to communicate in different levels . IT Literate, knowledge of MS office, ERP systems experience (SAP or AS400 related) . Flexible, good social skills, result oriented What is the minimum and preferred levels of education and experience expected in order to qualify for this position? . Bachelor Degree Education in Finance / Business Administration / Accounting or similar . Minimum of three years relevant working experience in above tasks and ideally within an international company . Native speaker Swedish, excellent / very good understanding of English is a must
