Financial Accountant, Accounting and Reporting department

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The Scandinavian cluster Finance department is looking for an accountant for the Accounting and Reporting team.The position includes responsibility for Accounting, Reporting and Payables processes and tasks for the Scandinavian organisation.

What do we expect from you?

Your job will be to ensure that all processes/tasks within Accounting, Reporting and Payables are performed timely and accurately.

This includes among other things:
- Reporting and consolidation of Scandinavian agencies according to APM GAP
- Monthly/Interim/Year-end book close
- Completion and filing of external annual reports for Scandinavian agencies
- TAX/VAT reporting
- General ledger accounting
- Intercompany reconciliation and settlement
- Financial control environment compliance
- TEM - Travel Expense Management

Who are you?
The person we would like to see in this position really wants to take ownership of a legal entity within the Scandinavia cluster and ensure that it is updated in accordance with local regulations and global/area company guidelines (APM-GAP)

We expect the candidate to be able to communicate efficiently and precisely to external as well as internal parties.

The position also requires the candidate to be thorough and structured with a high attention to detail and quality.

The desire to evaluate and give suggestions on improvement of the current processes comes naturally as well as the drive to implement changes.
Furthermore the position requires very good analytical skills.

The complete period closing in SAP/R3 as well as HFM reporting for the agency entities is a challenging and stimulating task for which we prefer pre knowledge and experience.

Since we operate in a performance driven environment the ability to meet required goals and deadlines timely and accurately are highly valued.
We also think that you have:

- 3-5 years of demonstrated financial experience, including general ledger.
- Has documented experience of SAP/R3 ATR module
- Hands on experience of reporting in Hyperion Financial Management System.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance related or higher.
English and knowledge of at least one Scandinavian language
