Our desired position is to be a dynamic center of excellence in marketing and communication, today and tomorrow, and we are looking for a financial accountant who contributes to optimize the financial operations and ensure financial- and tax compliance and information towards internal and external stakeholders and who lead with specialized financial expertise and educate stakeholders.
You will:
Responsible for correct accounting and legal and managerial entity reporting, securing proper documentation through position papers and reconciliations.


Responsible for the preparation of the annual consolidated financial statements


Contribute to the annual audit process of the financial statements of the respective legal entities.


Contributing and working closely together with colleagues across IMC and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant financial reporting


Responsible for various tax and transfer pricing reporting in close cooperation with Tax



Qualifications
In depth knowledge of accounting, taxes and accounting consequences


Understanding of local, statistical & VAT reporting


Good level of experience of relevant systems (Coda, Qlik, PAM & SAP)


Capability to handle complexity and solve problems with several dimensions and make it understandable


Ability to work independently in a team in a high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy & timeliness


Capability to communicate effectively verbally & written in English


Well organized, structured and self-starter You have a positive attitude, are solution-oriented and have a strong drive with a good ability to collaborate and enable co-creation. You enjoy working in a fast-changing and complex environment, with simplicity in focus.
