Financial Accountant

We will need a Financial Accountant, supporting the Nordic legal entities.We strive for building up a motivated team of financial professionals and together with existing manning we expect to get a team which has a good way of complementing each other.You belong to the finance team for MA Nordics and will have strong connections to all of the team members, as integration with the others is a key to success for the new organisation.

For MA Nordics the Finance function is centralized in Lund, from where we work across the Nordic organization and the local Market Offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The job requires strong cooperation with Financial Controller during the daily work and closing process, to find the best way for improvements and establishment of sub-processes for an integrated finance function like this.
We utilize SAP R/3 as our business system cross all Nordic entities.

Key areas to cover are what normally are dealt with in finance for a legal entity, like:

- Account Payable process/Inbox handling & workflow coding
- Follow up, control and support to shared services
- Balance sheet management
- Accruals
- Statutory accounting
- Book closing support
- Balance sheet specifications and analysis
- Support to Finance Control when needed, like for estimate and target preparation.


Kvalifikationer

As a person you are open-minded and not afraid to take initiatives.You also prefer to work in a structured way.We believe that you have a High School diploma or higher education in Finance/Accounting with relevant professional experience during at least 2 years.Accounting knowledge and VAT regulations experience is required.Also good computer knowledge, mainly Excel is required.Knowledge in SAP/R3 is seen as an advantage.Fluency in English is the key to success.Knowledge in some of the Nordic languages is seen as an advantage.
