Brief role description

You should enjoy working in teams, but you also have the ability to run your own projects from start to finish. The role offers you to put your own stamp on the work and you will belong to a smaller finance function that works closely together in a family start-up environment. With employees in five different countries and customers all over the world, our customer is growing further and is therefore looking for a versatile accounting economist who wants to be part of the continued growth journey. The service is located at their head office in Malmö - at the top of ‘The Point’ Hyllie, with fantastic views of Malmö and the Sound.

Included in the role:

Responsible for current accounting, reconciliations, VAT reporting, handling of invoice flow and related administration. Work according to K3 and it is also an advantage if you have some experience of consolidated accounting, however, there is no requirement for this as the will to learn is important. Furthermore, you will take great responsibility in the tasks you take on, be responsive in your work, communicative and unpretentious. Work continuously for improvement (smarter processes, more automation, etc.) so that we can focus more on value-creating analysis and insights and less time on ‘admin’. Conduct various projects with associated analysis work together with the CFO.

You are/also have:

University degree in economics.You have a couple of years of practical experience in finance and are independent in the ongoing accounting work.Worked with K3 and financial statements, but curiosity and the willingness to learn new things can be just as important.You speak and write English fluently.Driven and the will to develop and be challenged.

CodeScene is a startup company in tech that has developed a program that uses AI and machine learning to identify patterns in developers' code. Through this, the work can be performed more efficiently and also predict code patterns and thereby more quickly identify incorrect code that contributes to higher code quality. The company today has well-established customers all over the world and is in a strong growth phase.
