Financial Accountant Market Area Nordics

We are looking for a Financial Accountant for our OTC process (order to cash).Your main task will be to collect, consolidate and analyse financial data for our customers in Market Area Nordics.We can offer you an interesting and dynamic workplace where you have the possibility to work closely with our customers.

For Market Area Nordics the Finance function is centralized in Lund, from where we work across the Nordic organization and the local Market Offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The main responsibilities of this position are:
-Allocate the remittances from our customers
-Contact customers to understand and solve outstanding issues
-Detailed analysis of customer accounts
-Monitor receivables and proactively work to decrease them
-Analyse customer overdue items and liaise with KAMs on treatment
-Book closing activities
-Continuously work to improve models and tools used

Kvalifikationer

As a person you are customer and business oriented.You should be analytical, accurate and organized with a supportive mind-set and the ability to take own initiatives and work proactively.You are a team player who can investigate issues and drive solutions.

We believe that you have a High School diploma or higher education in Finance/Accounting with relevant professional experience during a couple of years with good computer knowledge in Excel and SAP/R3.Fluency in English is required.Knowledge in some of the Nordic languages is seen as an advantage.
