Our first aircraft is the ES-19, a nineteen-passenger airliner with an operating range of 400 km. The ES-19 is a fully electric aircraft, and our goal is to have the aircraft certified for commercial operation by 2026.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Administrator "Ekonomiadministratör" who will be assisting with the company’s ongoing daily financial work, accounting, accounts payable and reconciliation of accounts. The role also includes various tasks on supporting the business in financial matters. You will report to the Financial Manager.

As a Financial Administrator, you need to enjoy working in a flexible and changing environment with an open climate and you are happy to support your colleagues when needed. Further we see you being flexible and being able to handle several daily tasks within finance, parallel to each other. You are a down-to-earth, structured, and responsible person.
Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite
- Good knowledge of Swedish accounting principles
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Swedish
- Eagerness to work with others
- Passion for aircraft and Heart’s mission

The ideal candidate would have :

- Work experience from accounting in a production company
- Structured, self-going and initiative taking
- Sees possibilities and not challenges when there are room for improvement
- Comfortable with working in a start-up with high tempo in an international environment
