Our Client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions.
Its most profitable products have come to dominate the commercial office suite market, and the company’s operating system, which has achieved near ubiquity in the desktop computer market. The company has also diversified in recent years into the video game industry as well as into the consumer electronics and digital services market.


The Financial Analyst is part of the Western Europe (“WE”) Area Partner Investments and Incentives Team in our customers organization. This is a small team landing all Global Incentive programs & Campaigns in WE targeting +5000 partners. On top of the Global initiatives, the team also drive impact through our local initiatives. This can be campaigns and custom agreement with WE partners that can accelerate the transformation in the market.

Job components:
1. 35% Incentive Budget Management in a fiscally responsible manner
· Forecasting
· Local Campaigns modeling
· AGI & Custom Deal reporting support
· Accrual management across all Local initiatives
2. 50% Local Campaign validation & intermediate update:
· Payment File preparation for Operations who is managing the actual pay-out to partners
· Partner & field inquiries on earnings for Local Campaigns
· Monthly Updates on Local Campaign results & progress
3. 5% Readiness ROI:
· Revenue performance registered partners vs average growth
4. 10% Partner Support for Local Partner Incentive initiatives
· Inquiries from field and partners on local initiatives (campaign update, campaign payments…)
· Partner Center onboarding follow-up with partners not yet onboarded
· Coordination with Corporate finance
5. 5% YoY analysis against new FY21 rates for Top 4 programs


The team is part of the WE Go-to-Market Team reporting to their headquarter, it’s an international company with offices world-wide. Depending on the time of the month, the focus will shift from across the different Job components. The team has a weekly official connection point (bi-weekly team meeting + bi-weekly 1:1). Ad-hoc conversations happen regularly. Hours can be flexible. The team works 100% remotely in during this health crisis. In general, it is up to the person to choose to work from the office or from home.

Requirements:
· Business Analysis skills
· Advanced Excel & Power BI
· Financial background required for accrual management
· Communication skills (English) are a must
· Maturity to be able work from home and in virtual teams
· Commitment to double check created work
· Ability to “read” the numbers
· Problem solving mentality
· Minimum 2 years experience
· Bachelor degree required

The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Swedish and English, only candidates with a Swedish work permit already in place will be taken into consideration and you must have relevant experience.


The position is going to be based at our clients’ Swedish office in Stockholm.
