What’s the position?
You will be based in either Gothenburg, Mullsjö or Raufoss, but your area of responsibility covers all the Business Unit Couplings plants and sites globally.
The main objectives of this role are:
Prepare high quality financial reports for Couplings Management and other stakeholders within established deadlines
Develop analysis and follow-up tools integrating different business systems for efficient reporting and analysis
Coordinate and secure proper finance reporting between Plants/Sites and Couplings Management

The following are the responsibilities you will cover in the role:
Support Director of Finance/Business Controller in the consolidation of financial results and collect facts and figures for the monthly reporting
Prepare biweekly Flash reports for the Business Unit and present it to Couplings Management
Consolidate monthly actuals and forecast reports on Business Unit level and present them to Couplings Management
Follow up reporting of Capital Expenditures and manage expenses in co-ordination with VP Operations
Prepare weekly inventory reports for VP Operations and Director Finance/Business Controller
Prepare weekly Accounts Receivables Overdues reports for VP Sales & Marketing and Director Finance/Business Controller
Prepare cost control reports for Couplings Management
Support Sales with product cost calculations, business cases and Customer Quotations
Support Plants/Sites and Couplings Management in the Budget process
Support Plants/Sites and Director Finance/Business Controller in the monthly reporting
Support footprint activities within the Business Unit
Support Couplings Management with analysis, investigations, weekly/monthly financial tasks, and other ad-hoc activities.
Deputy to Business Controller, BU Couplings

You will report to the Couplings Finance Director and work in close collaboration with the Couplings Business Controller in the day-to-day activities.

Qualifications and experience?
0-3 years of experience in financial controlling, analysis, or modelling
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong Excel skills
Experience with SAP is an advantage but not a requirement
High level of integrity
