Normative is now looking for an Financial Analyst

Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints.

Our Finance team is the beating heart of the company, keeping the other departments supplied with the resources they need to carry out their roles. Without financial health, Normative disappears - and can’t help companies reach net zero.

What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:
As our Financial Analyst you will be the business partner to our Head of Finance where you will support Normatives growth. The responsibility and tasks will grow and be a reflection of the support needed from the organization. The role will include, but not limited to:

- Month end closing task e.g. reconciliations, data preparation & reporting

- Participate in budgeting & forecasting activities

- Actively work with transformation of Normatives finance function

- Liaison with various functions from a financial standpoint

- Support accounting function

- Ad hoc reporting & general FP&A tasks



Experience we’re seeking:

- We believe you are a super user in Excel & ERP systems, where experience within Business Intelligence tools are beneficial

- You have about 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role

- You are fluent in Accounting

- You have a super high financial data literacy

- You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Swedish and English

Location
We operate on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark. We believe that you are based in the greater Stockholm region and can be in the Stockholm office a couple of days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
