Your contribution
As the Financial Analyst you will have the opportunity to influence and support a global technology organization focused on improving productivity, reducing waste, and automating the world. You will support the Senior Director of FP&A and help set the strategy and direction of the FP&A organization. Your responsibilities will be: playing a key role on the Budget process, supporting on analysis and forecasts by closely collaborating with the controlling, sales, and operation areas. You will be a trustworthy partner who will support the organization by providing reliable and accurate analysis and KPIs.

Support in coordinating the Budget process globally ensuring that the Business Units’ inputs are delivered on time and accurately
Support on the consolidation and BPC reporting of Budget and Business Plan
Ensuring accurate monthly results by closely collaborating with production controlling, finance, and operations.
Support on P&L and BS monthly follow-up and projections (Forecasts)
Support into consolidating results and preparing monthly closing deck with relevant KPI’s and results analysis.
Provide support analysis on ad-hoc basis to support decision making and optimize business performance
Automate and streamline reporting through Power BI Dashboards
Manage Financial & Non-financial KPIs established by Solutions Management team.


To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have


Very skilled in financial planning and analysis including budget, forecasting & modelling, planning, reporting
Previous experience on measuring and reporting operational and financial KPIs
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
A self-starter attitude and a curious mind who asks questions, pursues solving problems with little need of supervision or support
Comfort in working in a global and fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach, and works well with others
Experience with SAP, BPC, Anaplan and/or other relevant financial planning systems is considered a plus
A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is considered a plus.
Fluency in English, speaking and writing
