Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people – where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the world’s financial health.

So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns, Norwegians and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. New markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently looking for a Financial Analyst.

What you will be doing

Financial Analysts at Anyfin work with products and services in the finance domain and solve everything from small to big problems. Your data analysis and your fundamental understanding of our financial performance, you will play a key role in the improvement of the business. You will analyze, model and follow-up on growth initiatives, profitability and financial performance, drive projects, build and implement funding strategies, translate business insights into recommendations and implement improvements, and much more! We believe that both our customers and ourselves will succeed from being a team of talented and honest people, having a transparent culture and getting things done. You will report directly to the Manager of Business Control.

As a Financial Analyst you will

Prepare budgets and develop financial plans

Evaluate the financial consequences of growth initiatives, profitability, financial performance and unit economics

Develop our financial planning and management reporting

Support in funding processes, liquidity planning and investor reporting

Partner up with and support stakeholders across the organization

Think big and help expand Anyfin to more markets and business areas

Who you are

- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
- Genuine interest in the financial performance of companies and the drivers behind it and an comprehensive understanding of Anyfin’s business model
- Structure, drive and strong communication skills to manage complex projects with external counterparties
- A genuine interest in our vision, products and the fintech industry
- An appetite to get things done and a can-do mentality
- A growth mindset and an ability to gather different perspectives and feedback from colleagues and customers about the business
- Excited by working at a startup with hands-on assignments and where emphasis is on freedom and responsibility

The formal part

- You have a BSc or MSc in a technical or business field
- You have technical skills of SQL on top of the office package (or willing to invest the time required to skill up)
- You are recently graduated or have a few years experience within Analytics, Business Control, FP&A or Treasury (financial industry or fintech is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Swedish in both speech and writing
- Any fluent language skills in Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or German is a great plus
