UPS is currently looking for a team member to the managerial accounting team in the Nordic Finance & Accounting department.

 

Job duties include:

As a team member you will work in close relation to the Nordic management team, Region Finance & Accounting and our service sites. You are responsible for analysing and communicating operational metrics (e.g. expense, volume, revenue, profit, productivity) to management to convey the state of the business. You will also support with UPS planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Additional responsibilities are reporting and forecasting of the cash flow, performing various internal audits, external reporting and taking necessary action resolving upcoming issues. The position requires multitasking and you need to deal with a wide range of ad-hoc assignments. It is of high value that the candidate is experienced and can handle work under heavy pressure and stress.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an F&A role
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting
• Degree in finance, accounting or business administration is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office expertise, in particular MS Excel
• Strong communication skills, including written & oral English and Swedish
• Highly analytical ability
• Excellent time management skills
• Very well organized and able to multi-task
• Cross-functional relationship building skills


The workplace is at UPS office in Järfälla. Regular full-time working hours.
