Financial Analyst Reporting

We are now looking for a Financial Analyst to develop financial reporting packages, innovate and drive reporting and analytics solutions. In this role, you shall also review, analyze and report the Financial Progress and deliver meaningful advice and recommendations based on findings to drive the financial performance of the organizational unit, coordinate and drive the financial planning process of an Ericsson organization (including forecast) in the short to medium term in accordance with global standards.

Are you ready to be a change-maker?

You will
Innovate and drive reporting and analytics solutions, including BA/SA financial statements, financial data analysis and illustration. Drive alignment to unified financial reporting for increased reporting efficiency.
Facilitate collection of data input, insights and commentary from the business and relevant stakeholders, especially during closing period (PEC) and forecast cycles.
Drive Self-Service analytics in the FA community and for unit stakeholders. Support FA community with upskilling and best practice sharing
Act as delegate from own finance management to secure and audit user access to local information storage and tools
Drive adherence to Financial Governance
Drive financial planning (including forecast process)
Influence performance improvements from business analysis
Secure business performance in period end closing


To be successful in the role you have
Education: A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Data science, IT engineering, or equivalent qualification
Min of 5 years of experience from a relevant position within Ericsson or at an external company giving the ability to act and perform the duties of the role of Financial Analyst Reporting.
Automation skills (Power BI, Tableau, SAP analytics etc)
Accounting & Reporting Skills
Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
Display Self Leadership
Financial modelling knowledge
Should be capable of inspiring change.
