Role:
Reporting to the country finance manager, the financial analyst will analyze the financial status of Swedish/Danish operations by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and will recommend actions. This is an attractive role for someone with a first experience as a financial analyst or controller who is ambitious to progress his/her career.

Main responsibilities:
Determine cost of operations by establishing product costs and analyse the margin by product.
Identify financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Guides cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures, explaining processes and techniques.
Support FP&A team, plant managers and other relevant stakeholders by
Analysing results in all components (revenue and costs)
Monitoring variances
Following up end-to-end Capex process (including financial justification calculation and post investment review)
Identifying trends in the business
Support business plan and strategy reviews
Manage local budget process
Reconcile transactions ensuring consistency across different dimensions
Support Operations and Supply Chain in improving inventory management including period stock takes and surveys, reconciliations, periodic reviews of obsolete and slow moving inventory and recommendation for write-offs
Ensure database are timely updated and integrity checks performed
Analyse, interpret data and make comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
Review, analyse, approve products' structure
Transfer pricing: update of calculation, control of the transfer pricing according to group policy
Closing support: review of the accounts, inventory checks, accruals, reporting


About You:
This is a position that involves almost daily contact with the sites in order to develop the analysis of variances, costs, projects, contracts, activity reports, etc. It is therefore necessary to have experience as an analyst/controller in an operational environment.

Fluency in the English is essential.
