Financial Assistant (Accounts Receivable)

NCC Business Services (NBS) is a Shared Service Center that delivers financial services to our Nordic companies within the NCC Group. We are approximately 100 employees working in process-oriented teams.

The role – Subledger employee
We are looking for a new colleague to Team Accounts Receivable (AR). The team handle incoming payments, accounting, reconciliation of AR accounts, reminders and debt collection process.

The work also includes second line support i.e. provide support and answer questions from NCC's internal and external stakeholders. We provide these services for all our Nordic companies (SE, DK, NO and FI) within the NCC Group.

Your competence and experience
You need a few years of experience from similar tasks. Experiences from ERP/financial systems and accounting processes understanding are required, and with knowledge in accounts receivable or accounts payable. Since the work covers all our Nordic companies (SE, DK, NO and FI) your ability to communicate in both speech and writing in English are necessary, and experience from one additional Nordic language is an advantage. Experience from other large Nordic organization and/or SSC is an advantage. Experience of ERP implementation(s) would be a significant advantage.

You are a team player who is passionate about finance work in general, and with AR process particularly. You want to work together with others in a team where good collaboration skills are an important feature. You have excellent communication skills, and you are able to prioritize and plan work.

The work in business administration will be under a transformation during the next couple of years. It is therefore very important you have change competence and can see and understand opportunities for higher automation. We expect you to be driven, co-operate with our business areas to understand the end-to-end process and to be involved in our change projects. You are positive, open-minded and embrace change.
