Purpose of the jobPerform centralized Cost control, Business planning & analysis and provide effective support to finance and operations team(s) in order to continuously improve European finance and logistics operations.

Key Activities

- act as a key person in cost control for Logistics incoming invoices
- handle all verification tasks on incoming invoices from vendors related to e-commerce ocean shipments

- checking accuracy of incoming invoices, providing shipment details and find missing info in invoice specifications
- be responsible for registering same invoices in Cello
- follow up on payment plans
Additional tasks that may occur;
- Tariff master data management
- Logistics costs booking in our Cello system
- Manage exceptional logistics costs
- Participation in projects
- Provide logistics data analysis to the Strategy team in order to support management decisions

Profile
For this role we are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills. Our ideal candidate is a decisive and flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality that is used to work in teams

- Fluent in Swedish and English
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Financial Knowledge
- Highly analytical a
- Advanced user of Excel
- Problem solving skills
- A background in Logistics is preferred as well
