Financial Assistant - Credit Management

Are you the detail-oriented person with a positive attitude we´ve been looking for? As a Financial Assistant you will be part of the Accounts Receivable team which is a part of Stena Line Finance, a centralized function located in Gothenburg. The team consists of six employees and takes care of the customer ledgers in Stena Line Group.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Incoming payments – all payment types
- Manual invoicing
- Intercompany/Netting
- Contact with our colleagues within Stena Line Group and customers
- Reconciliation of customer ledger and suspense accounts
- Month end closing

You are used to working independently and take full responsibility for your own work. You should like flexibility, to work with different projects and have a positive view on change. Working with administrative tasks and numbers are in your comfort zone, but thinking outside the box to come up with new, more efficient work routines doesn’t scare you.

Qualifications:
- At least a high school degree in Business Administration/Economics
- Experience from similar tasks in a Finance Department
- Fluent in Swedish as well as English, written and spoken
- Experience from working in JDE is definitely an advantage
