About the position
Perido is looking for a Financial Assistant to our client, a greatly successful and famous telecom operator in Europe. The position is placed in Kista, Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
Here you’ll be working closely together with your colleagues in a smaller team focused on working with accounts receivable in Navision. This smaller team belongs to a bigger team also working with AR but in other programs. A few people are working with Credit & Collection. You can consider the following as your key responsibilities:
Create different types of invoices based on data from different parts of the organization
Create credit invoices
Book payments in the bank
Reallocate incorrect payments
Monthly reconciliations and matching reports

Your qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, you have a high level of responsibility and an ability to take initiative. You communicate efficiently in English at all levels internally and externally, in an appropriate manner and you always make sure to offer a high level of service orientation. Quality defines your work, and you are solution driven. Furthermore, you can work under pressure and have great experience of organizing and prioritizing your work accordingly. We can also see that you are a true team player – with skills in team building and collaboration - even though you also work just as well independently. Lastly, you dare to challenge prevailing ways of working!

Requirements
1-2 years’ experience from working accounts receivable tasks
Experience from working with accounts receivable in Navision 2016
Great general computer skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Meritorious
Higher education from finance/accounting, etc.

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2021-12-13. Start ASAP.
