Are you the positive student with passion for numbers and finance we´ve been looking for?! As a Financial Assistant at Stena Line you will work and be part of one of our teams within the Finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for you with theoretical knowledge, to try your practical skills within finance at a workplace where no two days are the same. Some of your key responsibilities:
- Handle invoices in our workflow system
- Handle incoming and/or outgoing payments
- Contact with both internal and external suppliers/customers
- Reconciliation of supplier/customer ledger or bank accounts

To strengthen our Finance department during the summer holidays, we are now looking for a couple of Financial Assistants. We have had many students during the years who have started their career at Stena Line, and still works for us. The journey starts with you!
Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. As a person you are organized and prefer a structured way of working. We believe you are independent and take full responsibility for your own work. You are also a communicative team player, with a positive mind-set. Working with administrative tasks and numbers are in your comfort zone, which will definitely come in handy in this role.
Qualifications:
- High school degree in Economics and/or ongoing university studies in Economics
- Great knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience working as a Financial Assistant or equivalent is definitely a plus!

This is a full-time temporary position, between June and August, based in Gothenburg within our Finance department.
