Financial control

ST Norrköping Legal Entity Financial Control Support:
· Managing the accounting and financial statements ensuring that all the financial practices and posting are in line with legislation and internal policies
· Be the first contact person for the audit and responsible for financial compliance
· Support and control the monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statement closing process
· Sparring partner for the management team
· Attend business reviews and report financials info
· Managing timely and accurate reporting (actual, budget, forecast)
· Ensure the respect of Expenses targets
Profile
· Bachelor or Master degree in Finance
· 7+ years of professional experience working in a financial position (CPA will be a plus)
· Experience in FP&A
· SAP FI/CO knowledge
· IFRS knowledge would be an asset
· Mastery of common software (excel, word, PowerPoint...)
· Sweden mother tongue, English fluent, Italian would be a nice to have
· Able to work with passion in full autonomy but collaborative and with strong team spirit (international interactions)
· Accurate and analytical mindset and problem solving oriented
· Maintains and promote all high organizational and professional ethical standards
· Never be satisfied with what was done and always push to do better with a continuous improvement approach
