Financial Control Manager

The role
As the Finance Control Manager in Scandinavia, you we have overall responsibilities for the financial processes and accounting principles applied in the region. You will collaborate closely with our Global Finance departments as well as our local Finance departments in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The position is based at our office in Kista and will report to the Finance Director.
 Some of your responsibilities and tasks:
Responsible for statutory accounting and reporting for the legal entities (and branches) in the Nordics region (Sweden, Finland, Norway & Denmark
Co-ordinate and manage the preparation, review and signing of the Annual Financial Statements with Global Tax Department, external advisors and statutory auditors
External obligations such as Tax, VAT and intrastat reporting
Proactively work with Global Tax department and Business stakeholders mitigating tax risks and assist with coordinating responses to enquiries from governments within agreed timelines
Manage and coordinate structuring/efficiency projects in the accounting units
Implement new acquired companies into the global reporting structure
Prepare consolidated Financial Statements according to IFRS
Create, analyse and report on regional Sales, GPM, OPEX and EBITDA variances
Support internal control processes
Lead the audit work
Lead other projects assigned by the Finance director
Take the lead on other financial external reporting obligations for the Nordic entities
Supervise a team of 2 persons

Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent education in a related field
8-10 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
It´s meritorious if you have knowledge in Navision
