As Financial Controller at Teamtailor, you will have an important role in driving the work with month-end and year-end close forward.

What you will do:
- Work with and drive month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare timely financial statements, statutory reporting including annual reports and income tax declaration
- Ensure quality control over financial accounting and financial reporting. Ensure integrity in Teamtailors financials
- Work with and coordinate accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition etc.
- Develop and document accounting processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Who you are:
- You have good understanding of accounting and book close processes
- It’s meriting if you have previously worked with preparing (or auditing) annual reports. Experience with or understanding of accounting/reporting of foreign branches/daughter companies is a plus
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- You have good cooperative ability, is structured and process oriented
