Kavall is in the process of a great expansion. Right now we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team! We need someone who has an analytical mind and a strong drive. Preferably you have previous experience as a controller in a start-up company, as you will play a key role in maintaining, structuring and optimizing our financial processes. Responsibilities:
Monthly analysis of financial statements.
Monthly forecasts.
Responsible for Tax Certification work.
Salary instalments for employers.
Key member in yearly budget processes.
Administration for budget processing.
Cash flow forecasting and reporting.
Optimising processes to maintain and develop a strong financial model.

Requirements:
Relevant bachelor or/and masters degree in economics or finances.
+4 years experience as a controller or within accounting.
Good technical knowledge.
Excellent MS office skills (especially Excel).
No problem working internationally (as we are currently expanding to Scandinavia).
Good communication skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Flexible - we are a startup company and processes change and develop constantly.
Open to quickly adapt to new situations.
Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
