Description
An opportunity has arisen as a Financial Controller with us in Kongsberg Maritime at one of our sites in Trondheim. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Financial Controller at Sensing Solutions in the Sensor & Robotics division. The position will report to a VP Finance in the division, and you will be part of a highly qualified finance team.
Our Sensors and Robotics division develops and delivers world class connected sensors and smart robotics for Marine, Research, and Naval applications. At Sensing Solutions the project portfolio consists of a wide range of small and large projects. We therefore aim for a structured person, with strong analytical skills with an eye for details.


Key accountabilities
Monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and budget follow up
Project controlling with focus on deviations and progress
Report order income, and other key figures on a weekly basis
Support department managers with relevant information before decision-making
Follow up product profitability, and report to product managers
Challenge the organization with regards to target achievement
Other ad-hoc tasks related to finance


Qualifications and experience
Bachelor or master’s degree in finance or economics
Experience with financial controlling or other relevant experience is preferred
Independent and able to initiate own tasks
Good Excel and IT system competence
Fluency in Norwegian and English is a requirement
