As a Financial Controller at Anyfin you will work with products, services and processes in the finance domain and solve everything from small to big problems. A common theme is using data analysis combined with a fundamental understanding of our financial performance to improve the business. You will develop and improve our financial reporting and processes, create monthly and annual reports, drive projects and implement improvements, and much more! We believe both our customers and we will succeed by putting together a team of talented and honest people, having a transparent culture and getting things done!

More concretely, you will for example build and develop the controlling function, develop and improve the quality of our financial reporting by quality checking inputs, develop processes, identify improvements and analyze the financial outcome for the group and countries and functions. You will also create monthly and annual reports (P&L, BS, CF) and drive proactive cost control and balance sheet follow-up. In addition, you will manage financial transactions, cash flow, VAT and tax as well as support and develop our financial planning and management reporting

We would love to work closely with someone who is diligent and enjoys digging into details, and who is a great problem solver with data analysis skills. It would be great if you have a genuine interest in numbers in general, as well as the financial performance of companies and what drives it. You will crush it if you are structured, driven and have great communication skills to manage complex projects with internal and external counterparties. The formal part:

- You have a BSc or MSc in a business or technical field from a university

- You have strong skills in Excel

- You have a few years experience within accounting, audit or controlling (financial industry or fintech is a plus)

- You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing

- Any language skills in Finnish or German is a great plus
