The job
In this position, you report to the Director of Financial Control and work together with a team of nine people. You manage the budget and forecast process for our management functions and participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings which we perform in close collaboration with our sister department BA Business Control, divisions, and Group functions. You’re a part of maintaining and developing the Business Areas financial policies and procedures. You also play an important role in analyzing the application of those policies and plans, perform Business Area wide reviews and trainings accordingly. As we’re constantly working towards continuous improvements, we also run projects on our own initiative and on a regular basis in collaboration with other functions, we’re currently implementing a new consolidation system, a Business Area wide ERP platform and driving several other business improvement projects.
The location for this position is at our headquarters at World Trade Center in Stockholm – an inclusive and welcoming environment with colleagues from all around the world and different functions. We work activity-based in newly renovated premises and apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office work with work from home or any other location. When necessary, the job includes international travel.
What you need to succeed
For this position, we’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in Business Administration or the equivalent knowledge gained from work and a few years’ experience as a Financial Controller. You’re well acquainted with SAP, Excel and Power BI, while experience from major consolidation systems, like OneStream or BPC is an advantage. A common understanding of IFRS is required, as well as detailed knowledge of IFRS 9, IFRS 15 and/or IFRS 16 is a plus. We act in a global setting, and this calls for excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.
