About the role
As Financial Controller at INVISIO, you will support Group Finance within consolidation and reporting of financial statements. You will be a part of the continuous development of the company's accounting and reporting framework and continuously work for increased profitability and development of standard operation procedures and system support. It will be a position that challenges you and help you grow in your career together with us, and you will report to the Finance Director but interact on a regular basis with other controllers, both on group level and local, and with the accounting department.

Key responsibilities
In this role your key responsibilities will be to support group Financial Control with:
• Financial closing and preparation of group consolidation in accordance with IFRS.
• Review of the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts.
• Preparation of external reports, such as interim reports and annual reports, both local and group level.
• Handling tax, such as corporate income tax, VAT, sales tax, both on local and group level.
• Audit process and preparing supporting documents.
This is a diverse role where you will be involved in most aspects of the finance department. Example of other tasks that you will be supporting in is the ESG reporting, and participation in developing processes and procedures regarding transfer pricing and other inter-company matters.

Qualifications
We believe that you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or equivalent and 2-3 years of relevant experience, e.g. working within auditing or supporting financial control in an international environment. You have good knowledge of accounting (IFRS) principles and an interest for financial statements, reporting and analysis. You are fluent in any of the Scandinavian languages and fluent in English, both oral and written. Further you also have very good Excel skills.

You have high analytical skills and high attention to details but can also manage to see the big picture. As a person, you are communicative and can easily create trust and independently pursue projects and issues. You organize and prioritize activities effectively and set up and meet deadlines. In addition, you have a genuine interest in accounting and in developing yourself and your skills in financial controlling.
