The objective for the Finance and Business Control function (KC), is to support and enable profitable and cost-efficient business activities that deliver customer value, volume and margin targets within Sales and Marketing (S&M). The department is responsible for navigate through performance analysis and follow-up S&M's global activities/business areas in order to support operations to initiate corrective actions. The function carry out several activities including business controlling, analysis and reporting as well as inventory records.

As our current controller is leaving for other challenges within KC we are now looking for an ambitious Financial Controller with a solid financial background to be a part of our team supporting central controlling and KC.

As a financial controller you will have an important role to drive process changes and supporting the KC organization. You will report to Head of Central control and will be part of a team with four controllers located in Södertälje and cooperate with colleagues in KC.



Main responsibilities


• Carry out OPEX analysis on total S&M level and supporting S&M management team with adhoc questions regarding OPEX & Head count
• Coordinate the business areas within different processes as book close, forecast and plannungsrunde
• Responsible for the financial part of the consolidated view analysis, process and development
• Investment process responsible within S&M
• Projects and investigations within Finance and Business Control (KC) that enable improved support tools, routines and systems for new demands
• Responsible for the maintenance and development of our financial follow up system Mercur



Who are you?

We are looking for an ambitious person with a solid financial background and proven track record to challenge and influence an organisation with sustainable results. As a person you are responsible, organized and have a problem solving attitude. You are good at converting needs into clear goals and deliveries for both yourself and surrounding interfaces. You have a “lean” mindset always striving to improve running processes in order to maximize business support. Strong communication skills both written and orally.

You have an MS in Economics and Business Administration or MS in industrial engineering. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge in HFM/Smart view, Microsoft Office, good general IS/IT competence and good knowledge in accounting for personal efficiency.
