Finance Services are now looking for a financial controller within the area of real estate. A person who loves financial data and enjoy going into the details without losing the big picture. You are a strong network and relationship builder both within and outside the organization. We believe that you are a communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create energy and commitment. It is important that you can handle a constantly changing environment with many different stakeholders and demands.


To succeed in this role, you need to have:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field.
• Few years’ experience within the area of financial controlling, accounting or other finance related field.
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Swedish.
• Experience within the area of real estate is an advantage.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you:
• Support and educate the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures in order to follow-up cost, performance and support decision making.
• Coordinate the budget, forecast and cost follow up including preparation of management reporting.
• Support an efficient and effective cost recharging process (calculation, recharging, agreements etc).
• Work closely together with the local Accounting & Reporting team to ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely Accounting and Financial and Management reporting, based on standard global frameworks and local legal requirements and maintaining effective internal controls.
• Report on final project costs within real estate and benefits against budget/business case.
• Work close to the real estate construction team and support the construction project manager with cost follow up and administration in property investments.


The position is based in Malmö.

Finance Services is the central finance department within the area of accounting and we offer a wide range of finance related services and tasks to Ingka companies in Sweden. We are about 35 co-workers within the function and together we support our customers in accounting, liquidity management, customer- and supplier invoices and support in various financial systems.
