Concerning one of our larger clients we are looking for a financial controller. The consulting position is estimated to start immediately and approximately finish at the end of May 2016.
As interviews will be held continuously the post may be filled before the expiration date. We prefer applications written in English.
Arbetsuppgifter
In this role you will be operating in various areas. You will work with:
- providing financial specialist advice to business control and secure fulfillment of legal/regional issues
- overall ownership of BU specific financial model including being able to adjust in accordance to steering model and available systems (SAP)
- handling day to day financial transactions ( accruals, coding quires etc.)
- finalizing and quality assuring the “Close the books” reporting step and deliver the financial information to the Management report, including analysis
- legal and Statutory Reporting and Control including Annual reports (provide additional financial information to notes)
- control of cash management and other treasury issues
Other essential responsibilities concerning the role is to coordinate and execute on charge out and transfer pricing following group tax instructions. Facilitate the external and internal audit process and drive changes and participate in different project to improve financial processes. You will also support planning processes in accordance to agreed interfaces as well as act as a company controller. Understanding of financial directives and guidelines (Local GAAP / IFRS) and communication for business relevant consequences is an essential part of the position.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this role we are looking for someone with experience of accounting as well as experience from independently managing closing processes, both legal and corporate.
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, open attitude to change and strong analytical skills. Furthermore you are a team player and you have the ability to lead competence sharing activities. You are used to work towards deadlines and you do it with high motivation and flexibility. You also posses the ability to work in large and complex organizations and to handle internal and external interfaces effectively.
You are fluent in Swedish and English and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
