Mölnlycke is now looking for a Financial controller – Forecast Process Owner to join our Group business controlling.
About the job:
The purpose of the position is to create value by manage rolling forecast calendar and communication with the greater finance organization including entities, cluster and regions as well as lead the Strategic Plan financialization update. Reinforcement of forecast principles aiming at driving change, optimise ways of working and develop/define wanted process, incl analytics and reporting while addressing automation, standardization and constant improvement needs.
Within primary focus areas this role has the following key accountabilities:
Manage rolling forecast calendar and communication
Collaborate with colleagues widely within other process areas and in cooperation around lessons learned, key findings / discoveries in order to achieve improvements across hierarchies and processes.
Conduct training and other change activities to change and influence ways of working
Call for and lead meetings with individual entities / clusters with the purpose to identify and access continual improvement; standardize, optimize and change
Lead meetings between stakeholders to drive required change identified in order to improve and optimise process
Provide ad-hoc support for wider Group Finance activities as required, including participation in projects when required
Support the creation, continued development and improvements of standard reports, report harmonization including key measures of entity performance management according to an agreed vision and plan.
Lead the annual update for financialization of strategy – set timeplan, update templates, coordinate input, consolidation and reporting.
What you’ll need…
To be successful in this role you’ll need relevant experience from driving and supporting change, preferably experience going from budgeting to forecasting as well as continuous improvement mindset to strive for harmonization and optimization across the Group.
You will also need to have digital literacy – finding it easy to adapt to new IT tools and systems. Interested in driving automation and standardization using digital tools (for example PBi (or similar), power query, power automate or other robotics tools).
It’s of high importance that you have strong communication skills with an ability to build trust, manage expectations and listen carefully to be able to find solutions.
Preferred background:
Relevant finance degree and/or work experience including business control, management consulting and/or project management where you have worked to a plan and managed at times conflicting stakeholders.
Minimum four years of relevant work experience
Experience from Power BI or similar system/tool.
