Financial Controller in a Global role

What you would do as a Financial Controller
ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is a business division that consists of business areas spread across the world. We reimagine how people move through their world, whether that world is a cruise ship, education, hotel or elderly care facility. In the role as Financial Controller, you would be part of the global finance team. The global finance team acts as a partner to the financial stakeholders of the business areas and provides support to different functions within the organization in terms of report development, template development and various financial analysis.

Within the team, you will also be part of the financial reporting cycles on monthly, quarterly and yearly close as well as forecasting.

This is a newly created role intended to expand our capacity for support towards our organization and to accommodate our growth as a business division. On this journey, you will work in a close collaboration with your team to develop and improve our routines and processes continuously.

In this role, you would also:
Work together with the global finance team to perform- and deliver on ad-hoc requests from various parts of the organization.
Assist and oversee financial activities in several countries of the world

You will be located at our office in Stockholm and report directly to the Group Controller Global Solutions.

The skills and experiences you need:
In this role, we think it is important that you are a structured, self-motivated and driven individual. You also need to have some years of experience from working as a Controller, preferably in an international business setting and a university degree within relevant area.

Additionally, we believe that you are service-minded with a can-do attitude who can communicate freely in an international business setting. Fluency in Swedish and English will be required.
