Financial Controller Planning & Analysis Phili

Philips Nordic is now looking for a Financial Controller Planning & Analysis. In this role you will maximize value creation for the Sector/lowest service charges at agreed upon service level and demand and GSU/lowest costs versus agreed upon service charges. Your support will be fact-based, financially sound business decision making process within Management Team by means of meaningful, accurate a timely reporting and analysis.

There will also be you supporting GSU strategy execution and achievement of strategic goals by controlling the financial business planning process of GSU, as well as related risks.

You will be based out of the Nordic headquarter in Kista.


Key Areas of Responsibilities
Coordinates mid and long term strategic planning and achievement of organizational goals. Special focus on outsourcing, offshoring and supplier consolidation
Drives deployment of business planning and strategic review process
Leads the financial and business planning process; aligns with strategic objectives, follow ups on plans and addresses issues
Drives accurate and timely business cycle ? Strategy, AOP, Rolling Forecast and Actuals
Prepares accurate and timely financial and management information to drive business decision making
Designs, deploys and implements business control framework and mechanisms to track program and values progress
Manage multifunctional project teams

Job requirements
Progressive bottom line experience in a financial management/controlling role giving direction to a large organization
Being able to interact with multiple stakeholders in an ambiguous and complex environment
Master?s or Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
Progressive experience in Finance
Natural high level of organizational sensitivity
