Financial Controller to a rapid-growing international company in Malmö

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Financial Controller to join a young and rapid-growing company in Malmö. This position offers you with a genuine desire to be part of something big, the opportunity to start the journey here.

OM TJÄNSTEN
You will report directly to Finance Director. In this position you will address issues and advise top management for execution.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Lead day to day accounting and financial operations


* Lead financial budgeting process and budget control
* Responsible for monthly closing including account reconciliations and follow up
* Set up and enhance an effective controlling environment for the European countries including working capital, selling pricing, customer profitability, profitability by sales region, inventory control


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* At least five year working experience in accounting/controlling area


* Bachelor or above academic degree
* Fluent in Swedish and business level in English, additional languages is an advantage
* ERP skills, SAP is a plus

* Effective communication skills
* Coaching skills
