At FINANCE, you are part of a global team that drives business performance to realize the objectives set out in Volvo Cars Corporate Strategy. Are you interested in joining us?
We are looking for a new financial controller to our Finance organization at Volvo Cars Body Components (VCBC) in Olofström.
What you will do
As a financial controller at VCBC you will collect, process and provide information for outlook, target and business plan. Analyse results, investigate deviations and propose corrective actions. You challenge the operation towards fulfilment of their financial targets and secure that all financials are in line with corporate guidelines and accounting principles. You will develop a strong network by close collaboration within controlling as well as the operations in daily business, and you will also be an active member of the operational management team.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for an ambitious team player with a strong drive to succeed and grow. To be successful in this role you need to have a holistic mind-set, strong analytical skills and the ability to take own initiatives and work proactively in a structured way. You have the ability to use facts together with business acumen to drive decisions towards profitability targets and continuous improvements. To communicate complex data in both Swedish and English is not a problem.
We expect that you have a university degree in Finance (or equivalent) and a few years of experience from similar work within process- or production industry. You have good experience in working with Excel and if you also have experience of SAP R3, it´s meritorious.
