Financial Controller/Analyst

SEI is recruiting a Financial Controller at SEI headquarters in Stockholm.

The successful candidate will have the interest and ability to build appropriate systems for financial analysis and reporting in order to support the strategic development of the institute. This will include operational financial reporting and forecasting, but also innovations in the area of resource planning.
The position also entails a project control function within the largest funding program of SEI (SEK 35 million/year). This role will include monitoring and reporting of financial progress, advice within project budget development, and other aspects such as contract management.

The position requires excellent language skills in both Swedish and English languages. You will be part of the finance team in Stockholm which currently consists of four persons, and you will also regularly communicate with the finance nodes in the other SEI centers. An important part of the position will be to collaborate with the SEI research and project management staff within our projects. SEI offers a highly international work environment with a wide variety of projects and funders.

The announced position is full time employment at the Stockholm Environment Institute, with placement at its headquarters in Stockholm.

The successful candidate will report directly to SEI's Financial Director.
