DHL is now looking for a Financial Database Analyst to DHL Exel Supply Chain which is a business unit of DHL Logistics within the global concern DHL. You will be a resource to support the region Nordics & Baltics Business Controlling. The region Nordics and Baltic's Head Quarters co-ordinates currently 5 countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Estonia) and any further development in the Baltic's. You will be working within the Finance Team. The Finance team is young and multicultural, enjoy working together, and share regularly new ideas and experience to make our work more effective. Your main accountabilities will be to assist with the reporting and data reconciliation, to maintain and develop internal financial databases, to provide support for the controlling related analysis and to assist during forecast and budget cycles. The corporate tool that You will work with is mainly SAP. You need to enjoy working with large volumes of data. You need to be able to work both independently and in a team, sometimes within very tight timeframes. It is important that you have the ability to plan and organise, that you are a quick learner and are good at analytical thinking. As a person you are analytical, structured and self-driven. You are cooperative and have an ability to handle stress well. The business language is English. We are looking for you! You have a university degree in finance, accounting or industrial economics. Work experience from similar tasks such as in financing/controlling is meriting. Work experience from a production or logistics company is also preferable. You have excellent technical skills in Excel and Access and speak and write English fluently.
