Nordnet is expanding and is searching for a Financial Manager Tasks As Financial Manager you will: - [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ have personnel responsibility for the finance department, consisting of seven persons.- [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ coordinate the closing work of the Group's subsidiaries and branches, and establishing accounting and reporting for the Group - [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ be responsible for the legal recognition and reporting are in accordance with Swedish GAAP and IFRS.- [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ be responsible[ for the preparation of the consolidated interim financial statements, financial statements, reporting to the FSA and[[[ [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ you are the main contacts to the auditors - [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ be involved in and manage various projects within the accounting field as well as system operator for Cognos Controller - [[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ report to the Group CFO Appropriate background You have an MBA and has worked with qualified accounting and consolidated in the bank or securities company for at least 8 years.You have good knowledge of the industry and has worked with the capital adequacy issues.Since you will be the operator for the group consolidation system, we see that you have experience with Cognos Controller or similar systems Since Nordnet is undergoing rapid geographical expansion, mainly through foreign branches, as well as publicly listed, it is an asset to have experience in these areas.Merit is also experienced by insurance companies.
